The pool is non-heated, rectangular in shape, and measures 12 by 5 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres. It is lined in light-coloured PVC and maintained with chlorine purification, accessible via a metal ladder. The surrounding solarium is paved in terracotta and furnished with sunbeds, while a gazebo shaded by jasmine provides a charming spot with a table and chairs for leisurely afternoons. Mediterranean vegetation, ancient olive trees, and open views across the Tuscan countryside complete this peaceful outdoor sanctuary. Both internal and garden lighting are activated automatically via a twilight sensor. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The 8 bedroom Villa Sant’Angelo is immersed in the enchanting Tuscany hills. It’s an old country manor which once belonged to the noble family of Conti Ghezzi who loved to spend their holidays here.
Recently restored it has managed to maintain its original charm thanks to the rare finishings: antique wooden beams, terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces in the large rooms, choice of colours and the very large illuminated environment.
The furniture has been carefully chosen, both functional and comfortable, but distinguishable with the elegant Tuscany classical style furniture which can be found in most homes today.

The foundations of Villa Medicea Lo Sprocco date back to the 1400s, commissioned by Lorenzo and Giovanni de' Medici, sons of Pier Francesco, and later sold to Taddeo Ducci in 1494. A cornerstone of the ancient Medici lineage, the Villa incorporates an 11th-century Ubaldina tower and was chosen by Lorenzo the Magnificent as a hunting lodge. After passing through the Gherardi family, the property was acquired by the Bolognese de' Bianchi family. Major restorations were initiated in 1898 by Count Filippo Sassoli de' Bianchi to restore its 15th-century appearance, despite significant 18th-century refurbishments, including the still-consecrated Chapel dated 1729.
