The 1,000 square metre park, entirely fenced and for the exclusive use of guests, features a generous lawned garden rich with olive trees, cypresses, indigenous shrubs, and flowering bushes that change in appearance with the seasons. Adjacent to the French windows of the ground floor living room, a dedicated outdoor dining area provides a table, a barbecue, and a large umbrella, creating an ideal space for alfresco meals just a few steps from the swimming pool. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 6 x 12 metres with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2 metres, is positioned approximately 8 metres from the house and can be reached across the level lawn. Bordered in stone and lined with PVC, the pool features chlorine purification and Roman steps for easy access to the water. It is enclosed within a fenced area and set against a beautiful panoramic backdrop from which guests can admire spectacular sunsets over the Val d'Orcia. The sunbathing area surrounding the pool is bordered by hedges and bushes and equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, small tables, and sun umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
