Four nice apartments in a farmhouse situated on a large farming estate (30 hectares) with woods, vineyards, horses and “cinta-senese” breeding (kind of pig typical of the area around Siena). The property benefits from a ZeroDep Guarantee, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided. Pets are accepted at the property on request and must be small and short-haired. Acceptance of animals must be previously authorised by the owner, who requires prior communication of the number of animals, their size, and breed. Please note that photo shoots of the property are typically taken in spring, and therefore the colours and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding park may differ at the time of your arrival. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
