An outdoor cold-water shower, a half bath, and both external and internal lighting complete the pool area's facilities. A pleasant portico adjacent to the ground floor living room of the main villa has been arranged as a comfortable lounge area, ideal for relaxing in the shade while enjoying the views. The panoramic terrace accessed directly from the upper-floor kitchen is fully equipped as an outdoor dining area with a table seating 12 guests.
