Immediately behind the house, just outside the living room French windows, a terracotta-paved patio has been arranged as a fully equipped outdoor dining area, complete with a sun umbrella and a stone-built barbecue, making it an ideal setting for leisurely meals in the open air. From this patio, a few steps descend to a green lawn, naturally framed and sheltered by hedges and a picturesque vine screen, at the centre of which stands the private swimming pool reserved exclusively for the use of guests. The oval-shaped pool, accessed by Roman steps, is lined in PVC and features a depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.20 metres, chlorine purification, and internal lighting that renders it perfectly usable even during the evening hours. A stone walkway leads directly to the pool from the house, and the surrounding lawn sunbathing area is generously furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, small tables, and umbrellas. A cold-water shower is also available poolside for guests' convenience. The swimming pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
