The main kitchen opens onto a covered porch fully equipped for alfresco breakfasts, while the upper floor pergola offers a comfortable sitting area complete with a table and a stone-built barbecue, positioned conveniently next to the first-floor kitchenette and its pizza oven. The vast grounds bordering the woods at the rear of the property are ideal for walks and outdoor sports activities immersed in nature.
For families traveling with children, a dedicated play area near the pool zone features a swing set beneath the shade of a large oak tree, a charming kids' playhouse, and a ping-pong table sheltered under the porch of the annex. The non-heated private pool, located approximately 50 meters from the main building and reachable via a flat path, is a true centerpiece of the outdoor experience. Rectangular in shape with a PVC covering, it measures 6 by 14 meters with a gradually increasing depth ranging from 0.90 meters to 2.90 meters. Entry is possible via 4 submerged steps, a small ladder, or a trampoline. The pool is salt-purified and equipped with both internal and external lighting systems. Surrounding the pool, an ample selection of beach chairs and umbrellas ensures comfortable sunbathing throughout the day. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Adjacent to the pool area, a heated jacuzzi tub accommodating up to 4 people provides a luxurious complement to the swimming experience. The main unit, spread across 2 levels, is accessed via a flight of 4 steps leading into a welcoming dining room. On the ground floor, the dining room connects to a guest bathroom housing the washing machine, and to a spacious professional kitchen that overlooks the outdoor porch, perfectly suited for large groups. 2 living rooms and 2 double bedrooms complete the ground floor, served by 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which is en-suite. A stone staircase from the dining room leads to the first floor, where 4 double bedrooms are arranged, 2 of which feature divisible beds for added flexibility. All 4 bedrooms on this floor are en-suite, each with a private bathroom with shower. A living room with satellite TV and a games room, along with a kitchenette equipped with a wood-burning oven, complete the first floor. The separate annex, located approximately 30 meters from the main building, houses a small spa area featuring a gym, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a bathroom with shower, offering guests a private wellness retreat within the property grounds.

Torre Ginestre is a pet-friendly property. Animals are welcome on the premises, with an additional cleaning fee applicable per animal per day in cases where mandatory extra cleaning is required. Guests traveling with pets are encouraged to review the applicable conditions prior to arrival. The tourism tax applies at a rate of 3.00 euros per person per day for the first 4 days of the stay. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this charge. The property is protected by a Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided under the policy terms.
