The owners live about 50 m from the villa, in a separate property.

Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
The pool area is situated on a slightly lower level than the main house and is accessed via a tiled path. The main swimming pool, which is non-heated, measures 12 x 6 metres with a variable depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.40 metres. It is rectangular in shape, fitted with a PVC lining, chlorine purification system, internal lighting, and a metal ladder for access. Adjacent to it, a dedicated children's pool measures 6 x 3 metres with a constant depth of 0.50 metres, making it perfectly safe for younger guests. Both pools are bordered by a light stone solarium furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, small tables, and ornamental features. A shower is also available within the pool area. The pools are open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

A stone-paved path leads from this area to the swimming pool and solarium, creating a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 5 by 16 metres with a depth of 1.40 metres, is positioned on the crest of the hill just 20 metres from the villa, offering a breathtaking panoramic view over the medieval borgo of Vinci. Lined in sand-coloured PVC and featuring Roman steps, interior lighting, and an automatic cleaning and salt purification system, the pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
