A separate library with a fireplace and satellite TV offers a refined space for relaxation, while a studio equipped with a phone, fax machine, and printer is also available, along with a mobile phone provided for guest use.
The night section on the ground floor comprises 1 double bedroom with beds that can be converted into 2 single beds, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a second bathroom with shower. The upper floor features 1 double bedroom with beds that can be converted into 2 singles upon request, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. An additional double bedroom on the upper floor, also divisible into 2 single beds, is served by a private bathroom with a bathtub.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the final balance due no later than 75 days prior to the arrival date. A refundable cash security deposit of 2,000.00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any charges for damages. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. House rules are in place and penalties may be applied in the event of non-compliance. A 24-hour, 7-days-a-week emergency contact will be provided at check-in, and the team is available to offer assistance and suggestions for activities such as excursions, cooking experiences, and much more.
