The caretaker is responsible for filling and initiating the heating of the hot tub, after which you take over the heating and may enjoy it throughout the rental period without a water change. During winter use, you are responsible for ensuring the water does not freeze and for emptying the tub after use. Please be aware that the hot tub is not available for use when temperatures drop below -20 degrees Celsius.

The property can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons, and extra sleeping arrangements for up to 4 additional guests can be organized through sofa beds for an extra charge. The rental includes 2 boxes of firewood as part of the standard package, with 1 box designated for the sauna building and 1 for the main cabin. Should additional firewood be required beyond this allocation, the owner charges per box at the applicable rate. Guests wishing to charge an electric vehicle during their stay must arrange this directly with the owner prior to arrival, as prior agreement is mandatory for this service.
