The property is attached on one side (the confining property is only used from time to time), surrounded by a garden, which is set in terraces and completely fenced.

The house is surrounded by trees and a big green garden, although it lies in a residential area and close to the motorway ( which can be heard in some moments of the day and of the year) and close to important connecting routes.
