Here you will find a welcoming living room featuring a fireplace and satellite television, a separate dining room for family gatherings, and a well-equipped kitchen with a 6-burner stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical pantry housing a washing machine and freezer. A guest bathroom completes the ground floor layout. The first floor is accessible via an internal staircase and comprises 5 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, with one bathroom also featuring a bathtub. Additionally, there is 1 small twin bedroom whose beds can be joined if necessary, also with its own ensuite bathroom with shower. Regular check-in is available from 16.00 until 19.00, while check-out is between 08.00 and 10.00. Late check-in is possible for an additional fee. A refundable security deposit of 500 is mandatory for all reservations. If pets are present, the deposit required is doubled, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed on request. The villa operates under strict house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbors. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. You must not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission. All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in illegal activities. Respect for neighbors is essential, and noise must be reduced between 22.00 and 8.00. Party planning is not allowed on the premises. The tenant must be at least 18 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent. Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property. You are responsible for any damage to the property and agree to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, contact the property management immediately. Violation of these rules may result in a penalty of 500.

This is a new complex of 4 Apartments for rent in Vinci, Tuscany.
The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.
Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.
