All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in illegal activities. Respect for neighbors is essential, and noise must be reduced between 22.00 and 8.00. Party planning is not allowed on the premises. The tenant must be at least 18 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent. The village of San Giustino Valdarno with restaurants, bars and shops is about 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot with an enchanting walk through vineyards and olive grow.

Villa Ca' di Vestro is located on the top of a high hill in the valley of the Arno River, reached by going up a 1.5 km road, partly unpaved and partly cemented, which is steep but can be travelled by any type of car. Once at the villa, it is like nudging the clouds, with a splendid, sweeping view over the entire Valdarno. Peace and tranquillity await you in this place, no noise other than that of uncontaminated nature. The villa also offers you the possibility of moving around quickly, thanks to the good road network on the valley, which connects the cities of Arezzo (20 km) and Florence (60 km). The nearest shops are in San Giustino Valdarno, 3 km away.
Around the villa there is a large fenced and equipped green area. Adults and children can have fun playing exciting table tennis and table football tournaments. The beautiful furnished portico will be your safe haven of tranquillity where you can enjoy a glass of local wine or an open-air dinner with typical products that you can buy from the owners. The photovoltaic panels make the villa independent from traditional energy sources and enhance its ecological address. The swimming pool, completely fenced (mt. 5x10, depth mt. 1,40 - open from 01st May to 30th September), overlooks the valley from a natural terrace.
Ca' di Vestro is part of a large farm and is surrounded by 4 hectares of beautiful olive groves where the owners have specialised in the organic production of extra virgin olive oil of high organoleptic quality, which you can taste on request.
