The property complex consists of 3 residential structures, offering flexible accommodation arrangements suited to groups of up to 12 guests. The second annex is located approximately 30 metres from the main house and includes a laundry room for guests' use.

The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 6 x 12 metres with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2 metres, is positioned approximately 8 metres from the house and can be reached across the level lawn. Bordered in stone and lined with PVC, the pool features chlorine purification and Roman steps for easy access to the water. It is enclosed within a fenced area and set against a beautiful panoramic backdrop from which guests can admire spectacular sunsets over the Val d'Orcia. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
