The non-heated rectangular swimming pool measures 6 x 12 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 1.80 meters, and is fully fenced for safety and privacy. The surrounding pool area is generously furnished with gazebos, sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas, creating an inviting space for sunbathing and relaxation. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Also on the ground floor is a relaxation area, equally not heated, which includes a service bathroom and relaxation beds. The first floor is reached via an internal staircase in Pietra Serena and is divided into 2 distinct wings. The first wing contains a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchenette, along with 2 double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom fitted with a bathtub, and a dedicated laundry room. The second wing offers a reading room, 2 double bedrooms with a divisible bed configuration, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. An additional double bedroom, which is not heated, is accessible exclusively via an external staircase and features an en suite bathroom with a shower. The annex, situated at the back of the villa, comprises a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower and a small living room, also not heated.

It is worth noting that photo shoots of the property are typically carried out in spring, meaning that the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding park may appear different upon your arrival depending on the season. Several areas of the villa are not heated, specifically the ground-floor loft-style space, the ground-floor relaxation area, the additional double bedroom accessible via the external staircase, and the annex living room and bedroom. Guests are welcome to bring pets to the property. A mandatory extra cleaning fee applies for each animal present during the stay. The tourist tax may be applicable depending on current local regulations.
