Cinque Cipressi is a fully enclosed property, ensuring privacy and security for all guests throughout their stay. The internal layout across 2 floors is connected by a private staircase, and the French windows on the ground floor create a seamless flow between the indoor living spaces and the outdoor portico. The 4-car private parking area is located directly in front of the entrance gate to the property, providing easy and secure access upon arrival. Pets are welcome at the property; please note that an additional cleaning fee applies per animal per week and is to be paid directly on site. Air conditioning is provided exclusively in the bedrooms, and heating is available for use during cooler seasons. The weekly rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, and heating, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and final cleaning of the property. The rental also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival, and benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during their stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided. A tourism tax may apply where applicable.
