Early departure is also subject to an additional charge payable on site. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any deductions in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity up to 300 kWh per week, with any extra consumption to be settled on the spot at a rate per kWh.
