Dating back to the 12th century and restored in the 17th century by the noble family of Acciaioli, the Castle has a magnificent tower built on the model of the one of Palazzo Vecchio in Florence.
Montegufoni Castle is part of a large estate comprising vineyards and olive trees and is surrounded by the beautiful Chianti landscape. In the castle there are 39 apartments and a large garden with a nice swimming pool: the perfect spot to relax and have fun with your family and friends.
The Chianti Region is one of the most renowned charming area in Italy for its cultural, historical and enogastronomic traditions. This luxurious Castle offers to our guests incredible holiday experiences (on request) such as cooking lessons, event location, guided tours and more!
Distances from the villa: the small village of Montagnana V.P. with food shops 1 km, Montespertoli with all kinds of shops approx. 5 km, Florence 20 km, Pisa approx. 70 km.
A bus stop with busses to Florence is only a few meters from the castle away. Bikes and scooters for rent are available in Montespertoli.
At guests’ disposal: large and very charming terraced park furnished with garden furniture and table tennis, beautiful Italian gardens (dating back to the 18th century) with lemon trees and swimming-pool (12 x 6 m - open from 01/04 to 31/10). Reception open from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 18.30. The outbuildings of the castle as well were restored and turned into charming apartments. The castle is run by the Posarelli family. A nice restaurant offering nice recipes of the local Chianti tradition is open every night (from April to October except on Tuesdays). Laundry with shared washing-machine (€ 4,- / per washing). A refundable security deposit of 500 is mandatory for all reservations. If pets are present, the deposit required is doubled, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed on request. The villa operates under strict house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbors. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. You must not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission. All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and not engage in illegal activities. Respect for neighbors is essential, and noise must be reduced between 22.00 and 8.00. Party planning is not allowed on the premises. The tenant must be at least 18 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent. Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property. You are responsible for any damage to the property and agree to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If you spill anything that is difficult to clean up, contact the property management immediately. Violation of these rules may result in a penalty of 500.

Casa Luigi is a vacation home for 10 people in Camaiore, Tuscany, with a private pool. The house is divided into three independent apartments, making it ideal for more groups or families who want to enjoy a vacation together. The property is completely private for those who book it. Only two apartments have a private kitchen. Another kitchen is outdoors and is the only one with dishwasher and is perfect for cooking and eating all together.
It is located about 900 meters from the center of Camaiore, on the very first hills, on a private road and is surrounded by greenery with views of the town.
It has private parking for 4/5 cars in its own olive grove, 30 meters from the house.
The very large house is divided into two parts: one is occupied by the owners, and the other, with a private garden, is occupied by Casa Luigi.
The garden, spanning over 1,000 square meters, features a private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, 1.4 meters deep, with a waterfall and salt water purification), a tennis table, a gazebo, relaxation areas, and a barbecue.
