This elegant 170 m2 vacation rental is spread across 2 levels and is configured as a 6-room house, comfortably accommodating a maximum of 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the property, featuring a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the roofed terrace. This floor also includes 2 private bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm, one of which also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped for self-catering stays. A bathroom with WC completes the ground floor accommodation. On the top floor, an entrance hall with characterful sloping ceilings welcomes you and is also fitted with a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning. This upper level hosts 3 additional bedrooms, all featuring sloping ceilings: 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 room with a double bed, and a further room with 2 single beds, the latter offering access to a balcony. A second bathroom with WC serves the top floor. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.

Equipment in the house rather old, things fall apart, beds only downstairs comfortable, upper bathroom is a joke and at most useful for children. The microwave and oven don't really work, likewise the power from the toaster always likes to fail. Game room is also getting on in years - pool table bulges here and there, old rackets.
Pool outside is great, kids had fun. Also with the soccer goals.
Summary: for adults who share the price by 10 people, for example, it is definitely worth it. For families where only the adults pay, I find the standard too low for the price.
In addition, you really have to get in the car every day. The next time rather something closer to a city or the sea.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
