This elegant 170 m2 vacation rental is spread across 2 levels and is configured as a 6-room house, comfortably accommodating a maximum of 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the property, featuring a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the roofed terrace. This floor also includes 2 private bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm, one of which also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped for self-catering stays. A bathroom with WC completes the ground floor accommodation. On the top floor, an entrance hall with characterful sloping ceilings welcomes you and is also fitted with a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning. This upper level hosts 3 additional bedrooms, all featuring sloping ceilings: 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 room with a double bed, and a further room with 2 single beds, the latter offering access to a balcony. A second bathroom with WC serves the top floor. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.
