Villa Podcempres is a renovated, three-story, single-family house located in a secluded countryside setting near Baćina, Croatia. This holiday rental features a private, 800 m2 property with a wildlife garden and trees, offering a perfect retreat from the city.

Enjoy the outdoor amenities, including a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, available from May 2nd to November 6th), WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, basketball court, beach volleyball arbour, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area.

The house is equipped with internet access and a washing machine. Motor access to the property is available via a 300m unmade road. Roofed parking for two cars is provided on the premises.

You will be staying in a 3-room house spanning 100 square meters across 3 levels. The comfortable and rustic furnishings include a kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table and a wood-burning stove. On the upper floor, you'll find a living room with a double sofa bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), a satellite TV with a flat screen, a radio, and air conditioning. This floor also features a room with a French bed and a shower/WC. The house has forced-air heating for your comfort. The top floor boasts another room with sloping ceilings and a French bed, as well as an additional shower/WC.

The Moreška is a traditional sword dance that is hundreds of years old and was once performed all over the Mediterranean but is now only demonstrated in the town of Korčula, on the Croatian island of the same name in the Adriatic. Common throughout the Mediterranean in 12th and 13th centuries, the dance is thought to have been imported to this charming island in 16th century from Italy and Dubrovnik. After the 19th century, Korčula was the only place where it remained. Payments And Cancellation Charges

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
