"Le Mediterranée" is a 3-room bungalow of 35 m2 designed to accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area forms the heart of the space, furnished in a modern style and equipped with a dining table, offering a comfortable setting for meals and relaxation. From this area, direct access leads to a covered terrace. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and a separate WC is also available. The kitchenette is fully appointed with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for self-catering stays.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
