"Le Mediterranée" is a 4-room bungalow of 35 m2 designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is furnished in a modern style and features a dining table, creating a welcoming space for shared meals and relaxation. From this area, you have direct access to the covered terrace, extending your living space outdoors. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom is a smaller room fitted with 1 set of bunk beds, each bunk measuring 70 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC, offering a practical and well-organized layout for the entire group.

The vacation rental is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette features 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
