"Le Mediterranée" is a 4-room mobile home of 40 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, featuring a dining table and a flat screen satellite TV, with direct access to the private terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a separate WC and a shower. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes a combined shower and WC. The third bedroom is a smaller room equipped with 1 set of bunk beds, each bunk measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is outfitted with a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
