The living and dining area serves as the heart of the space, featuring a dining table and a flat-screen television, with direct access to a partly roofed terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a comfortable and intimate setting. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it well suited for additional guests or younger travellers. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes fitted with 4 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC, ensuring practicality and comfort throughout your stay.

Climate comfort is well catered for, with air conditioning available for warmer days and forced-air heating to keep the space warm during cooler periods. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
