On the ground floor, you'll find a living room equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player, and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace. The dining room features a dining table and also has air conditioning, with access to the terrace. There's a bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, and a separate toilet. Another living/dining area includes a dining nook and a kitchen corner, also leading out to the terrace. Two additional bedrooms, each with a French bed, are located on this level. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There are two showers and three separate toilets on the ground floor.
