The room is furnished with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 additional sleeping facility consisting of 2 beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, ensuring comfortable rest for all guests. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area and is equipped with 2 hot plates and a mini-oven, making it ideal for preparing light meals during your stay. A balcony is accessible directly from the main room, offering a pleasant outdoor extension of the living space and furnished with balcony furniture for your relaxation.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
