The living and sleeping room features 1 fold-away bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens directly onto a balcony with an east-facing position, offering very beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. The second room is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing ample sleeping space for additional guests. The apartment also includes an open kitchen integrated into the living area, and a shower and WC. Carpet flooring adds a warm and cozy feel throughout the space.

The open kitchen is well appointed with a full range of appliances, including an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The living and sleeping room features a television for your entertainment. Heat is available in the apartment, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere throughout your visit. Wireless internet access via WiFi is also provided, keeping you connected at all times.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
