The studio features 1 bathroom equipped with a bath and WC. A balcony accessible directly from the living area faces east, providing a pleasant outdoor space furnished with balcony furniture.

The studio is equipped with a well-appointed open kitchen featuring an oven, a dishwasher, and 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, making it fully suitable for self-catering stays. Entertainment is provided through a television and a DVD player located in the living and sleeping area. Heating is available throughout the property, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere regardless of the season. Wireless Internet access via WiFi is also provided. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 pet or dog permitted during the stay.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
