The second bedroom contains 1 bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a bunk bed arrangement comprising 1 x 2 bunk beds with an additional bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms with WC, complemented by a separate additional WC. Flooring throughout the apartment features carpet, contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
