This level is completed by a shower room with WC and a separate WC. On the lower ground floor, the villa offers 3 additional bedrooms, each with its own terrace access. The first of these rooms contains 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length and is served by a private bathroom with bath and WC, with a direct exit to the terrace and the swimming pool. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
