The property is composed of 3 self-contained apartments that are rented together as a single unit, each featuring its own external and separate entrance. It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties, with the exception of the first and second apartments, which are internally connected.

The first apartment offers a living and dining area, an open kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. The second apartment features a dining area, an open kitchen, and 1 bedroom. The third apartment provides a living and dining area, an open kitchen, and 3 bedrooms.
