The property features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total, distributed thoughtfully between the two connected sections to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.
The terraced house component includes a living and dining room with air conditioning and exit to the terrace, as well as a separate living and dining room with a kitchen corner and access to an additional terrace. On the ground floor of the terraced house, there is a walk-through room featuring 1 single bed and 1 double bed, along with an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. This floor also provides 2 shower and WC facilities, plus a separate WC. On the upper floor of the terraced house, there are 2 further bedrooms: one room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed with access to a balcony, and one room with 1 double bed also opening onto a balcony, served by a shower and WC.
The ground floor apartment features its own living and dining area with a kitchen corner and satellite TV, as well as 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed, and direct access to the terrace. The property includes 2 covered terraces and a balcony, all furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the terraced house and the apartment, and that when booking for 6 guests or fewer, not all accommodation units will be available for use.
