On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 48 m2 provides a welcoming communal space with direct access to a partly roofed terrace of 15 m2, where terrace furniture and deck chairs are available for outdoor relaxation. Adjoining the living area is a fully equipped open kitchen. Also on this level, 1 bedroom of 10 m2 is fitted with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower room complete with bidet and WC. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

On the upper floor, the property offers 3 additional bedrooms. The first measures 10 m2 and includes 1 french bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by a private bathroom with bath, bidet and WC. The second bedroom on this level measures 14 m2, also furnished with 1 french bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and provides direct access to a balcony of 6 m2.
