The property is composed of 2 separate apartments rented together as a single unit, with no internal connecting door between the 2 sections. The first apartment features a living and dining area with an open kitchen and 3 bedrooms, while the second apartment includes its own living and dining area with an open kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Please be aware that when booking for 6 guests or fewer, not all accommodation units will be available for use.

The sleeping arrangements are distributed as follows: 1 room features 1 single bed and 1 double bed, a second room contains 1 double bed and is equipped with a shower and WC, a third room offers 2 single beds, a walk-through room provides 1 single bed and 1 double bed, and a fifth room includes 1 double bed with its own shower and WC. In addition to the 2 en-suite shower and WC facilities, the property also includes a separate shower and a separate WC, bringing the total bathroom count to 5. Each living and dining area is furnished with satellite TV and benefits from direct access to the terrace.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
