The first bedroom on this floor features 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this floor, complete with 3 hot plates, an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC serves the guests on this floor. Please note that no heating option is available on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find the third bedroom, which is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length and benefits from air conditioning. A second shower room with WC is also located on this floor. The property enjoys a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, and the countryside.
