On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright and beautifully furnished living and dining room featuring 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, perfect for additional sleeping arrangements. The living area flows seamlessly into an open kitchen, fully equipped for everyday cooking needs. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. A balcony of 6 m2 is accessible directly from the living area, offering a pleasant outdoor space furnished with balcony furniture and 4 deck chairs for your relaxation. On the top floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, both characterized by sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 140 to 240 cm and each featuring a rooflight that fills the space with natural light.
