A separate alcove, accessible via a sliding door and featuring a window onto the living room, contains 2 single beds each measuring 70 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is important to note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, specifically within the alcove. The studio comprises 1 bedroom equivalent sleeping space and 1 bathroom, the latter being accompanied by a separate WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space. Parquet floors run throughout the studio, and a 4 m2 south-facing balcony accessible from the living area offers a direct view of the ski run.
Amenities Included
The studio is well equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable stay. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a combination microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules compatible with the Dolce Gusto coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The living area includes a flat screen television for your entertainment. Heating is provided by an electric system, ensuring warmth throughout your stay. Parquet floors add an elegant touch to the interior, and the balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture from which you can enjoy the south-facing view of the ski run. Additional facilities include an iron and a hair dryer for your convenience.

The studio is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. The property is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and a smoke alarm is installed on the premises for your safety. Wi-Fi internet access is available at an extra charge. Guests should be aware that the sleeping configuration does not include a fully enclosed bedroom, as part of the sleeping area is situated within an open-plan alcove.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
