This thoughtfully renovated vacation rental is a 1-room studio of 32 m2 situated on the 9th floor with a south-facing orientation, accommodating a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The studio was fully renovated in 2023 and features beautiful and cosy furnishings throughout. The main living and dining area is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for 2 guests. A separate alcove, accessible via a sliding door and featuring a window onto the living room, contains 2 single beds each measuring 70 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is important to note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, specifically within the alcove. The studio comprises 1 bedroom equivalent sleeping space and 1 bathroom, the latter being accompanied by a separate WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space. Parquet floors run throughout the studio, and a 4 m2 south-facing balcony accessible from the living area offers a direct view of the ski run.
Amenities Included
The studio is well equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable stay. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a combination microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules compatible with the Dolce Gusto coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The living area includes a flat screen television for your entertainment. Heating is provided by an electric system, ensuring warmth throughout your stay. Parquet floors add an elegant touch to the interior, and the balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture from which you can enjoy the south-facing view of the ski run. Additional facilities include an iron and a hair dryer for your convenience.

The studio is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. The property is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and a smoke alarm is installed on the premises for your safety. Wi-Fi internet access is available at an extra charge. Guests should be aware that the sleeping configuration does not include a fully enclosed bedroom, as part of the sleeping area is situated within an open-plan alcove.
