This elegant vacation rental is a beautifully furnished 3-room apartment of 40 m2, situated on the 10th floor with a south-east facing orientation, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area features a pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, with a width of 2 x 80 cm and a length of 190 cm, and opens directly onto a balcony of 4 m2 with a south facing position, offering stunning views of the ski run. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with direct access to a balcony featuring an east facing position. The second bedroom contains 1 set of bunk beds with a width of 80 cm and a length of 190 cm, and also benefits from access to a balcony with an east facing position. The apartment includes a well-appointed bathroom as well as a separate WC. The 2 balconies, each measuring 4 m2 and oriented respectively to the south and east, are furnished with balcony furniture and provide an exceptional view of the ski run.

The apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchenette featuring 2 hot plates, a mini-oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay. Entertainment is well catered for with a flat-screen television and a DVD player in the living area. Electric heating ensures a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the apartment, which is fitted with carpet flooring. A hair dryer is available for guests' convenience. Payments And Cancellation Charges

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
