The property features elegant parquet floors throughout and a 4-square-metre south-facing balcony equipped with balcony furniture, from which guests can enjoy direct views of the ski run.

The studio is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. The property is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and a smoke alarm is installed for the safety of all guests. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
