Completed in 2023, the renovation brought beautiful furnishings and a refined aesthetic throughout the space. The studio accommodates a maximum capacity of 2 guests and features 1 bedroom area combined with a living space, along with 1 bathroom. The living and sleeping room is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it a comfortable and versatile space for 2 guests. A kitchenette is located in the entrance area, providing a practical and well-equipped cooking space. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The studio benefits from parquet floors throughout and a north-facing position offering a pleasant view of the valley.

The studio is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchenette in the entrance area features 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for preparing meals and beverages. For entertainment, the living and sleeping room includes a flat screen television as well as a hi-fi system, offering a well-rounded in-room experience. The studio is fitted with electric heating, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout your stay. A hair dryer is also available for guest use. Internet access via WiFi is available as an extra service.

The studio is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. The property is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and this house rule must be respected throughout the duration of your stay. For the safety of all guests, a smoke alarm is installed on the premises.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
