The first double bedroom includes a sofabed and a private shower and WC, with direct access to a south-facing balcony that fills the room with natural light. The second double bedroom is equally well-appointed and features its own shower and WC, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
