The property boasts a private, fenced area of 850 m2 with a lawn, an angular swimming pool (30 m2, depth 150 cm, available seasonally from May 1st to October 1st) with an internal staircase, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area. Enjoy the convenience of internet access, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Parking is available on the premises for up to 3 cars.

Additionally, there is a bedroom with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning, also leading to the swimming pool. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this level.
