The living room also features a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens directly onto the garden and a south-facing as well as east-facing terrace. A first bedroom on this level is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second, larger bedroom also on the ground floor is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and likewise provides direct access to the garden and terrace. The ground floor bathroom is a shower room with a WC. The large kitchen on this level features a cooking island, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. One room is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the other is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
