The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 70 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The living area is welcoming and well-appointed, featuring a flat-screen television and a fan, with direct access to a 6 m2 terrace offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects naturally to a dining area. The bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC.

The open kitchen features 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave.
