On the ground floor, you will find a bright living and dining room equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, which opens directly onto a 15 m2 terrace furnished for outdoor relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor accommodation. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, hosts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total across the property. The first bedroom on the upper floor features 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from air conditioning as well as direct access to a 6 m2 furnished balcony. The second bedroom on the upper floor is fitted with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also equipped with air conditioning. A second shower room with WC serves the upper floor. Both the balcony and the terrace offer a pleasant view of the swimming pool and the surrounding forest. It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors, and access between levels is provided exclusively via the exterior staircase.
