On the ground floor, the main living and dining area is furnished with a digital television and opens directly onto the patio and swimming pool, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. A separate living room, also equipped with a digital television, provides an additional relaxation space. The first ground floor bedroom features 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private shower and WC with a double hand-basin and a fan. This room also benefits from direct access to a pergola, the patio, and the swimming pool. The second ground floor bedroom is fitted with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a shower and WC and a fan. A large, open-plan kitchen is also located on this level, fully equipped for self-catering. An additional independent shower and WC completes the ground floor bathroom provision.

The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and hosts 2 further bedrooms. The third bedroom contains a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a shower and WC and a fan. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
