The accommodation you will be staying in is a 2-room apartment with a total area of 32 square meters, situated on the ground floor with a west-facing position. The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a flat-screen TV. This room provides direct access to the garden and terrace areas. Additionally, there is one bedroom with two beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and extra capsules for the DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. Electric heating is available throughout the apartment, and the floors are made of parquet. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
