The property welcomes you through an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining room featuring a Scandinavian wood stove, with direct access to the garden and terrace, benefiting from both south-facing and west-facing orientations. A separate lounge area with a flat screen TV completes the ground floor living spaces. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The ground floor bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC. The large kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and also benefits from direct access to the garden and terrace with south-facing and west-facing exposures.
