You will stay in a spacious 6-room house with an area of 160 square meters spread across three levels. The living and dining room boasts a panoramic window and an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only). Additionally, there is a TV with a flat screen in this area. From the living/dining room, you can access the terrace directly. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, two gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are provided as an extra. The house features electric heating throughout. On the lower ground floor, you will find a room with a shower and a toilet. The upper floor houses three rooms, each with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long). Another room on this level has a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) and a shower. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
