The villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully between the ground floor and upper floor, offering both privacy and a welcoming communal atmosphere.
On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the villa, providing a bright and cosy space for relaxation and shared meals. From this level, direct access leads to the patio and the swimming pool. The first bedroom on this floor is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second bedroom on the ground floor features 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower and WC with a double hand-basin, as well as a private exit to the terrace. Also on the ground floor, a separate shower and WC is available for general use. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into this level and includes an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that coffee capsules compatible with the Senseo system are not included.
On the upper floor, the third bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a dedicated shower and WC, and a private exit to the terrace, making it a particularly serene and independent retreat.
