The living/dining room offers a dining table, kitchen corner, television and air conditioning, also with exit to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer, and includes a dining table. A bath/WC completes the ground floor. The upper floor comprises 1 room with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm in length with air conditioning and exit to the balcony. Another room on the upper floor contains 2 beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length with air conditioning and exit to the balcony. A third room features 2 beds measuring 80 cm wide and 190 cm in length. The upper floor also includes a bath/bidet/WC. The property offers a balcony of 10 square meters and a terrace of 15 square meters that is partly roofed.
